WOW!! What a great job.
I am extremely impressed with the results of both cleans. The first one really got some crap out of the carpet and lifted it right up. I was always aware that getting out all the accidental spills of water-based paint by NRG staff trying to pitch in with painting the new premises was always going to be an issue.
When you phoned the next morning after the first clean and said you had located a chemical that might remove the paint that was in 60% of the rooms I was doubtful that you could make a difference. My dilemma was that before long I would have to replace the carpet because of the condition, however that scenario was removed when I saw what a great job the second clean did. The result is so great that unless one knew the amount of paint that there was there it will never be noticed.
I have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone in need.
