Often and mistakenly referred to as 'steam cleaning' the hot water extraction method uses hot water to draw soils and pollutants from the bottom of your carpet fibers and offers a deeper, better clean every time. Hot water is pumped into the base of your carpet using our 'wand' and simultaneously sucked back up with a powerful commercial vacuum. The hot water washes away dirt and dust and is carried away by the vacuum. Because we use hot water along with top shelf carpet conditioners we can guarantee a deep hygienic clean, leaving you with clean, fresh carpets that look and smell great.

The hot water extraction method is recommended by the Australian and New Zealand standards for carpet cleaning (yes they exist).
