How long will my carpets take to dry?
Our fully qualified carpet cleaning technicians have the experience and training not to over-wet your carpet. Typically your carpets will be walk on dry 2-4 hours after the clean. You can decrease this time by turning on ceiling fans and opening windows.
Do I have to move all my furniture off the carpet?
For best results, we ask that you move smaller objects like coffee tables, plants, dining chairs, lamps, toys and other personal items off the floor. Our technician will move what he can but won't move large bookshelves, TV units, computer desks, shelves with breakable personal items or other large, heavy items.
Do you use hash chemicals?
No. We only use the best cleaning products available. All the products we use are 100% biodegradable and safe for people and pets. Our products are lightly scented, don't have a strong chemical smell and are not heavily perfumed.
How long will my carpet cleaning take?
This depends on the amount of carpet that will cleaned, so when booking be sure to ask us how long it will take.
Will the carpet cleaning remove all of the stains?
Our standard clean will remove everyday stains and which are included in the service. Tough stains like red wine, coffee, urine and faeces usually require a specialised stain treatment and may incur an extra charge.
Do I need to be home while my carpets are being cleaned?
Not at all. Many clients like to leave while our technician is cleaning to run errands or head to work. Usually, clients will meet the technician and stay for the initial consult and then get on with their busy day. You can also arrange for our technician to collect a key.
What's the difference between steam cleaning and dry cleaning?
Steam cleaning also known as the warm water extraction method is a deep clean on the carpet removing soil sitting at the base of the pile. Dry cleaning really only cleans the surface fibres giving the appearance of clean carpets but dry cleaning neglects the carpet fibres at the base of the pile, leaving behind the dirt and dust.
Can I get my pest control done at the same time?
Of course! We offer excellent pest control packages and the more services we do for you in a single visit, the more value we can offer. Don't forget to ask us about our packages when booking in your carpet cleaning.
Which method of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via cash, cheque, credit card or electronic funds transfer. We ask that payment is made on the day of the service with the technician however if you'd prefer you can call the office with your credit card details.
